Returns: Exchanges and Merchandise Credit

• Terms of return - We process exchanges up to 7 days after receiving your merchandise. We keep a log of all Merchandise being shipped.
• State of return - Please note, all returned merchandise must be unworn and in new condition.
•  If product smells or seems worn, we will ship the product back to you at purchasers expense.
• Reason for return - Please let us know ASAP if you received damaged merchandise.
• Process for Exchange -  Send an email to info@houseoflauray.com for any issue you may have with the merchandise. 
• No refunds 
• Exchanges or store credit ONLY on most merchandise purchased from House of Lauray.
