Returns: Exchanges and Merchandise Credit
- Terms of return - We process exchanges up to 7 days after receiving your merchandise. We keep a log of all Merchandise being shipped.
- State of return - Please note, all returned merchandise must be unworn and in new condition.
- If product smells or seems worn, we will ship the product back to you at purchasers expense.
- Reason for return - Please let us know ASAP if you received damaged merchandise.
- Process for Exchange - Send an email to info@houseoflauray.com for any issue you may have with the merchandise.
